From the moment you enter our home you can see everything that you need for your perfect desert getaway including comfortable furnishings and attention to detail with a fully stocked kitchen. Our comfortable home is stocked just the way we would want it, so you’ll have everything you need when you stay with us! *** LIVING SPACES ** In this living room you’ll melt right into those buttery soft leather sofas. With another large screen TV with WiFi, streaming apps, you can either choose another movie or favorite show, or maybe just a quiet space to read your book or catch up on social media. *** KITCHEN AND DINING*** The kitchen has been totally remodeled and fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets that you’ve come to know, love, and depend on. We offer Keurig single cup we provide a couple pods or a Coffeemaker w/ coffee ground. We also supply a blender, toaster, mixer, we’ve totally got you covered for simple and healthy family meals. A spacious center island provides both additional food prep space and an ideal spot to pull up a stool for a cup of coffee or conversation with the chef. We also offer two separate dining tables, high top table (6 seating) and a standard table (4 seating). ***BEDROOMS AND BATH*** • The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a king-sized bed, sound machine, robes and free-standing fans and TV • The other two bedrooms are a 1 queen bed and 2 twins’ beds, that is a trundle that has a shared hallway bathroom. • In all the bedrooms there are ceiling fans, blackout shades, luggage racks, beside lamps, dresser’s, comfy sheets, 4 pillows per bed. ***PRIVATE CARDIO ROOM IN HOME *** Offers Treadmill, Stepper, Studio Bike, Light weights and workout bands. The home is 5 min from Omni Golf Course, 10 mins from Tucson Premium Outlets, 15 min from El Conquistador Gold Course, 20 min to downtown Tucson, 25 mins to U of A, 30 mins to Tucson International Airport.
Other Details to Note
• Quiet hours 10pm to 8am • NO – motorhome, truck/trailer, box truck are NOT allowed on property, HOA has a strict NO street parking • No pets, parties/events, or unauthorized guests, sleeps 6 max including adults/Kids, $100 fee if you have additional guest more than 6 guests. • All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. • Home has 2 car garage with an extra parking slip; garage is on the smaller side and will not be big enough for an extra-long bed truck. We are 15 mins to Golfing at Dove Mt, 10 mins to Tuson Premium Outlet Mall. Located approximately 26 mins to Tucson airport. Our neighborhood is family oriented, safe in a residential area.
