Welcome to Sonoran Saguaros Studio, located just 5 minutes to Downtown Tucson. The private studio is modern 500 ft with a 3/4 bath. The studio has a Kitchenette which includes everything you need for your stay comfortably, including a refrigerator/freezer, two-burner cook-top (no oven), microwave, toaster, utensils, pots, pans & Keurig. The property is on a quarter acre w/ private fencing around the perimeter; parking is available right next to the studio.
Good to know
The queen size bed with a form mattress, with quality linens and comfortable bedding. The studio is 15 min from the Airport, 5 minutes from downtown and the U of A, Gem & Mineral Show, Reid Park, Zoo, and 10 mins to Randolph Golf Course and Corbett Field. A quick 5 min to I-10 and 7 min to I-19 This section of Tucson is an older area; the neighbors have lived in this area for 25 + years. The neighborhood is safe, good for your Tucson working middle class. The area is not your upper class; this is your typical working-class area and there are a lot of businesses in the area. The studio is in a gated secure area (w/ parking right next to your studio) (you will have to open / close the front gate manually) and another house is located on the property w/ a tenant.
Other Details to Note
• Larger vehicle’s – motorhome, truck trailer, box truck ARE allowed on property. • No pets, parties/events, or unauthorized guests, sleeps 3 max including adults/Kids, $100 fee if you have additional guest more than 3 guests. • All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the studio including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $150 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. • Security Camera located in the parking area on property (Camera are for security & guest safety) • Another home is located on property in a separate building (NO SHARED WALLS), and the renter does have an inside dog. • There is a washer / dryer on the property that is shared with another renter. The washer / dryer is located behind another building on the property. Laundry soap is NOT provided. • Provide 2 bottles of water and 2 - k cup per booking, regardless of how long this stay is.
