Welcome to Sonoran Cactus 1, we are located just 8 mins off I-10 a& Cortaro Farm rd. Our newly renovated private home has 1350 sq ft 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that accommodate 6 guests. Our home has everything that you need for your desert getaway. This stunning home has an open concept living room / kitchen provides plenty of space for cooking and making memories. From the moment you enter you will notice the comfortable furnishings and attention to detail with a fully stocked kitchen.

Good to know

• The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with 3-way system thermostatic shower faucets, one being a 16” ceiling mount rain shower. A King-sized bed, sound machine, robes and free-standing fans. • The other two bedrooms have queen beds w/ shared hallway bathroom. • In all the bedrooms there are ceiling fans, blackout shades, luggage racks, beside lamps, dresser’s, comfy sheets, 4 pillows per bed. Other Details to Note

• Quiet hours 10pm to 8am • NO – motorhome, truck/trailer, box truck are NOT allowed on property, HOA has a strict NO street parking • No pets, parties/events, or unauthorized guests, sleeps 6 max including adults/Kids, $100 fee if you have additional guest more than 6 guest. • All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. • Security Camera is located outside of the home above the front security gate. (Camera are for security & guest safety) • Home has 2 car garage with an extra parking slip; garage is on the smaller side and will not be big enough for an extra-long bed truck. Amy's place was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable, the house was as described. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and spices. Every room has a t.v. We had use of the garage which was nice. The outdoor patio is a nice place to relax. There are plenty of board games available. We only spent one night there, but wished we could've stayed longer. We had a wonderful stay!

A great place to stay on the north end of Tucson, about 15-20min away from most of what you would want near downtown, and not much further away from the eastside in case you want to explore there too. The showers are nice, place is clean and cozy, very comfortable and the price is well worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and seems tight-knit, kids run around playing with each other and all the neighbors are friendly. Not a sketchy area at all, this is very friendly & safe. I would stay here again in the future!

We are a husband and wife with three boys (8, 11, 13). The home had plenty of space to relax even with a large family. Furniture was comfortable. House was clean. Everything worked as it should. We had zero surprises, which is a good thing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had anything we needed. The house is a great landing spot at the end of the day and offers a relaxing environment. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The back of the house backs to an ally and the back 'yard' is just a tiled porch, just like the pictures. It was great using the garage door. We'd stay here again.

I’ve never stayed at a more comfortable Airbnb everything about it was 10 out of 10. Amy was kind and considerate and thoughtful and helpful. We loved having the garage door opener (may seem small) but as much as we had to come and go because we were in town for a wedding it was so nice to have that. 10 out of 10 all the way around.
